Who are your subprocessors?
The list a customer expects: who, for what purpose, in which region. Fill it in here, download it, or publish it on your trust center.
Who goes on the list
- Every provider that processes, on your behalf, personal data your customers entrust to you: hosting, email, support, backup, AI tools.
- Not the suppliers that never touch that data, such as your accountant or your energy supplier.
- For the region, give where the data is processed, not where the provider is headquartered. Outside the EU, state the transfer safeguard: standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
